Booking Conditions
Your reservation is validated upon payment of a deposit equal to 10% of the entire stay, either by credit card (ask us for a payment link) or by a wire transfer to the SmartAzur account:

Upon your arrival the total amount of your stay and the residence tax will be charged.
You can pay cash or by credit card (Bank Notes are not accepted).
The amount of the residence tax in Metropole Nice Côte d’Azur is €1.07/adult (over 18)/night. For example, for a couple staying for 1 week (2 adults, 7 nights), the amount of tax due will be €14.98.
For toddlers, you can book a Baby cot, changing mat, high chair, plates, baby bath and toys, all for 20€ per stay. Only the Red room cannot accommodate a Baby cot.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of booking cancellation less than 5 days before arrival the 10% deposit will be kept.
In case of premature interruption of the stay, the total amount of the reservation is charged.
Arrivals are expected between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., departures between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the latest. Please notify us in case of arrival or departure outside these time slots.
Your domestic pets cannot be accepted because we have a nice Border-Collie, named Aiko. He is very protective and very attentive to children. As soon as a child goes into the swimming pool, he runs up and watches the water, without however diving into it! But he will bring his ball to play with you!
Few Rules for the well-being of all guests:
The Smart Azur Bed & Breakfast is a private house exclusively reserved for its residents. Being in a quiet suburban area, we ask our guests to respect the quietness of the place between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No parties or outside guests can be admitted.
Babies and children are welcome, under parental supervision since during the day the swimming pool remains open to all guests. At night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is covered by a rigid shutter, the pool is closed.
The house, the rooms and the terrace in front of the swimming pool are non-smoking areas.
The house is not adapted to people with reduced mobility.
Household:
Room prices include end of stay cleaning.
For rooms booked a week and more, a cleaning and change of towels can be done at a rate of 20€ per room on Wednesday afternoon
For the Studio, when you leave, the kitchen must be left clean, with the dishes put away and the fridge emptied.
Parking available on the property, secured by a gate and access surveillance cameras.
Other Services offered exclusively to our guests upon reservation: Airport transfer 60€, professional massage at home 80€/hour, rental of our convertible Mercedes car 70€/day.
